Ch-ch-ch-changes...

June 29, 2009. Day I signed away one pay check a month...for 360 months. A lot has happened in the past 3 weeks since I officially became a homeowner.

1. Chris and I moved in together (SCARY).
2. I moved 20 miles south of Seattle to a "bedroom" community, which means I know no one in my neighborhood (except for my nice neighbor Will and a Korean couple across the street).
3. I paid for a bus pass for the first time since...well...ever (thanks mom and dad for paying for my Upass in college).

While I enjoy being able to come home to my own personal mess and having the space to have said mess...I do miss a few things:

1. My friends. It's funny how when they are no longer as easy to access...that's when you want to spend all your time with them.
2. Being able to just go get my sister whenever I want.
3. The long talks at night with Chris about our day and the solutions to the world's problems.

Chris and I still have a lot of work to do before we can host our official housewarming party like mowing the small wheat field that has grown out back, fix the janky deck, get a fence installed, finish painting, etc. Evites to be emailed soon. :-)
